The tentative subdivision map is included in <br /> Appendix A. <br /> 2.0 PAST,PRESENT,AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES <br /> V <br /> 2.1 Recorded Land Title Records <br /> L A chain of title report was not provided by the client for NOA's use in preparing this report. <br /> L <br /> 2.2 Aerial Photographs <br /> Aerial photographs of the subject property dated 1957, 1970, 1982,and 1993 were obtained through <br /> EDR Photographs dated 1940, 1952, 1963, 1975 and 1983 were reviewed at the San Joaquin County <br /> Surveyor's Office in Stockton,California? Two additional photos dated 1998 and 2002 were obtained <br /> from Microsoft Terraserver.3 <br /> 1 _ <br /> V In the 1940 photo, the subject property appears to be divided into several smaller agricultural fields, <br /> most of which are planted with orchard. Three structures are apparent on the northern third of the <br /> property. A tree-lined stream or irrigation canal crosses near the center of the property. Two structures <br /> r. are apparent near the southeast corner of the subject property. Surrounding properties to the north, <br /> east,and south are agricultural,while properties to the west are residential. <br /> L In the 1952 photo, the orchards, stream, and northern three structures have been removed from the <br /> property. In their place is an open field. A new structure is apparent to the immediate east. A new <br /> Lresidential neighborhood has been developed to the northeast. <br /> In the 1957 photo, the southern of the two structures in the southeast corner of the subject property <br /> is no longer apparent. A new structure is apparent to the immediate east. Further residential <br /> Ldevelopment is taking place to the north. <br /> L In the 1963 photo, the remaining structure at the southeast corner of the subject property has been <br /> replaced by what appears to be the existing bam.
