This report is intended to serve as an addendum to our previous Surface <br /> and Subsurface Contamination Report number E04123A,prepared for George Garcia on November <br /> 15, 2004. <br /> LThis report has been prepared to meet the requirements of the San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> §9-905.12, as follows: <br /> L, A surface and subsurface contamination report shall be required at the time of the tentative map <br /> submittal. The surface and subsurface contamination report shall be prepared by a qualified <br /> environmentalprofessional and shall identify anypotenhalsource ofsurface or subsurface contamination <br /> ` <br /> caused bypast orcurrent land uses. ThereportshallincludeevaluationofnonpointsoumofhaZardous <br /> materials,including agricultural chemical residues,as nrell aspotentialpoint sources,such asfuelstorage <br /> tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. <br /> L <br /> The purpose of this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify,to the extent feasible <br /> and based on the search methods described in the text, sources of surface or subsurface contamination <br /> to the subject property. The report also provides recommendations intended to inform the client and <br /> allow the EHD to make an informed decision on whether further action should be required to address <br /> any potential contamination sources identified.
