L <br /> LDecember 23,2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05150A <br /> This report has been formatted to correspond to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> L Department's Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report Requirement Checklist, dated July 14, 2003. <br /> This report was prepared for the exclusive use of Kemp Land Company and the San Joaquin County <br /> L Environmental Health Department(EHD)for the processing of a tentative map at SanJoaquin County. <br /> This report is not equivalent to a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and does not meet ASTM <br /> E1527-00 or E1527-05. NOA specifically disclaims responsibility for any unauthorized use of this <br /> report. <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> L3 Description of Site <br /> LThe subject property is located at 5113 East Main Street, to the immediate east of the city limits of <br /> Stockton, California. The property is located on the west side of Walker Lane and stretches between <br /> IHomer Avenue to the north and East Main Street to the south. The property consists of a 9.99-acre �•/) <br /> ` parcel(APN 159-100-04),and a smaller 4.50-acre parcel(APN 159-100-06). Both parcels are reportedly <br /> owned by the Stockton Walker-Main LP. One residence and a bam are currently located on the <br /> Lproperty;the remainder of the site is uncultivated land with a small area used as a walnut orchard. <br /> According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site,' the subject / <br /> L property is zoned R-L, low-density residential. This zoning designation "is intended to provide for <br /> neighborhoods consisting of detached,single family residences located within or immediately adjacent <br /> to population centers which have public services." <br /> L Location maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A.
