• All three parcels of the proposed General Plan Amendment are located on <br /> land designated as "Prime Farmland." Because of this, the Community <br /> Development Department cannot recommend the General Plan Amendment <br /> to change the designation of these parcels from A/G to R/L. <br /> NOTE: The pre-application conference is designed to inform prospective applicants of <br /> General Plan consistency, zoning consistency, public improvement requirements, <br /> preliminary design constraints and opportunities, and major environmental and safety <br /> issues.
