The Department has the following <br /> comments: <br /> • Please forward Lead Agency California Environmental Quality Act determination and <br /> supporting documentation to the California Department of Transportation, District 10- <br /> Transportation Planning Division, Attention IGR Coordinator for mitigation <br /> monitoring. <br /> • The Department will want to review a site plan for this project when it is available. <br /> Additional comments will be provided by the Department regarding the impacts <br /> created by the proposed development.. <br /> • The proposed General Plan Amendment and/or Rezoning may have a significant <br /> impact on SR-4.
