As an adjunct to the database search, the subject property <br /> background and history of past use have been investigated. Interviews have been conducted and a site <br /> 1 reconnaissance completed. The data pertinent to this investigation can be found in the body of this <br /> t� document. The primary investigator for the assessment is Ms. Abigail Racco, Project Manager. <br /> Due to concerns regarding potential liability for toxic hazards which may adversely impact real estate <br /> L in general, investors need to assess property before sale or purchase to determine if current or past <br /> occupants or surrounding land uses could adversely impact property development or result in future <br /> liability for the investor. Good commercial and customary practice for conducting a Surface/Subsurface <br /> 6.
