L November 15,2004 <br /> NOA Project Number: E04123A <br /> L This Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report discusses all work performed by NOA to date with <br /> regard to this project. The principal findings are outlined throughout the body of this text and are <br /> summarized in the conclusion of this report. <br /> This report has been formatted to correspond to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department's Surface and Subrnrface Contamination Report Requirement Checklist,dated July 14, 2003. <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> i 1.1 Description of Site <br /> L The subject property is located at 5113 & 5153 East Main Street, Stockton, California. The property <br /> consists of a 9.99-acre parcel(APN 159-100-04),and a smaller 4.50-acre parcel(APN 159-100-06). One <br /> residence and a barn are currently located on the property;the remainder of the site is fallow land with <br /> La small area used as a walnut orchard. <br /> According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site, the subject <br /> property is zoned R/L, low density residential. This zoning designation "is intended to provide for <br /> L neighborhoods consisting of detached,single family residences located within or immediately adjacent <br /> to population centers which have public services" (www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us, 2004). l <br /> �. Location maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A. Photographs of the <br /> subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. <br /> L1.2 Proposed Development <br /> i Mr. Garcia informed our office that he is planning a major subdivision of the subject property. The /.Z <br /> L major subdivision will include a sewer connection (personal communication, September 3, 2004). <br /> 2.0 PAST,PRESENT,AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES <br /> L <br /> 2.1 Recorded Land Title Records <br /> L A chain of title report was not provided by the client for NOA's use in preparing this report. <br /> i 2.2 Aerial Photographs <br /> L <br /> Aerial photographs depicting the subject property dated 1940,1952,1963,1975 and 1983 were reviewed /2 <br /> at the SanJoaquin County Surveyor's Office in Stockton,California.
