On a street map showing the <br /> Llocation of the subject property,a circle is drawn one-quarter mile out from the property boundaries, <br /> and street maps or web-based mapping services are then used to determine address ranges for all streets <br /> within the quarter mile. All agency databases searchable by address are then searched for these address <br /> ranges. <br /> 3.1.1 Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> L <br /> Our office reviewed the Leaking Underground Storage Tanks (LUST) list Quly 2004), the Water Purveyors <br /> L Quarterly Report on MTBE Quly 2004), and the Spills, eak ,Investigations, and Cleanups(S TClist (April <br /> 2004)on file with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board(CVRWQCB)in an attempt <br /> to determine if there are any files present at that agency which note the unauthorized release of a toxic <br /> or hazardous agent into the environment on the subject property or within a one-quarter mile radius <br /> L of the subject property. The subject property was not listed on any of these databases,and no addresses (g . I) <br /> within one-quarter mile of the subject property were found on the databases. <br /> L3.1.2 San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> According to Ms. Kimberly Campbell of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> )w (EHD), no files were available for the subject property addresses of 5113 & 5153 East Main Street <br /> (personal communication, October 15, 2004). <br /> L The Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List, dated June 24, 2004, was reviewed at the EHD on <br /> October 11,2004;no sites within one-quarter mile of the subject property were found on this list.
