November 15,2004 NOA Project Number: E04123A LThe file for Charlie's Auto Parts was reviewed at the EHD on October 15, 2004. The only item contained in the file was a Notice to Abate dated June 11, 1992 for"excessive waste oil disposed of on L land" and "storage of car batteries on bare soil." This site is located approximately one-quarter mile / west of the subject property. Due to the nature of the case and distance from the subject property,this ( � facility is not anticipated to pose a threat to the property. The UST Program Facility Inventory by Facility Name,dated April 11,2001,was also searched at the EHD on October 11, 2004 for the names of Garcia and Rolleri. No records were found for the subject Lproperty. 3.1.3 San,Joaquin County Office ofEmergency Services f L The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) web site was searched on October 15, / 2004 in an attempt to determine whether a hazardous materials inventory is on file for the addresses of ( 3•, ! the subject property. No files were found. According to Ms.Michelle Halliwell of the OES,the following incident report is on file at that agency for major streets within one-quarter mile of the subject property(personal communication,October 11, L 2004): Del Mat Ave. 6/28/02 Drug lab waste The report did not specify a location on Del Mar Avenue, so it is possible that the incident occurred within the search area. According to the report,drug lab chemicals were dumped along the road. The chemicals were removed by a contractor. Due to the nature of the case,this incident is not anticipated to pose a threat to the subject property. LA review of the "Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge" files within one-quarter mile of the subject property was conducted on October 11, 2004. No additional notices within one-quarter mile (3 were found. 3.1.4 San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted regarding use of agricultural chemicals on the subject property. Ms.Hazel Gallego of the Agricultural Commissioner's office found records for the subject property under the name of Victor Rolleri for the years 1999 and 2003. 3 l L In 1999,the permit indicated that walnuts,cherries,eggplant,fruiting pepper,tomatoes and onions were to be grown on the subject property.
