These buildings are mapped along the <br /> east side of the pump and west of the building observed on the 1915 map. The Sharpe <br /> _ General Depot is shown approximately 2 miles east of the Property. <br /> 1978 — One additional building is mapped east of the pump located along the western <br /> boundary of the Property. An unimproved dirt road extends southeast from West Manila <br /> Road along the inside of the river levee south of the Property where it crosses the bvee and <br /> .. terminates among a cluster of approximately twelve small buildings in the known locations <br /> of a mobile home park. Interstate 5 is now mapped running generally north to south <br /> ` approximately 2 miles east of the Property. <br /> ` 1996 - Conditions within the Property are similar to those depicted within the 1978 map. <br /> r <br /> 4.1.2 Chain of Title/Ownership <br /> The Title Report lists recorded land title detail, ownership fees, leases, land contracts, <br /> ` easements, liens, deficiencies, and other encumbrances attached to or recorded against a <br /> subject property. However, laws and regulations pertaining to land trusts vary from state to <br /> ` state and the detail of information presented in a Title Report can vary greatly by jurisdiction. <br /> As a result, ENGEO utilizes a Title Report, when provided to us, as a supplement to other <br /> historical record sources. <br /> The title report shows title for the Property vested in Roseville Investments, LLC, a Florida <br /> Limited Liability Company.
