ENGEO <br /> INCORPORATED <br /> Stressed Vegetation We observed no stressed vegetation within the Property at the time of our <br /> reconnaissance. <br /> Solid Waste. At the approximate mid-point of the western boundary of the Property, we <br /> observed an area of yard trimmings. These yard trimmings were arranged in a row <br /> approximately 240 feet long, 6 feet wide, and 4 feet tall. We observed no hazardous materials <br /> containers, stained soil, or distressed vegetation surrounding these trimmings. <br /> One small dumpster containing household waste was observed between the two above-ground <br /> storage tanks and airplane hanger discussed within this report. We observed no stained soil or <br /> distressed vegetations surrounding this dumpster. <br /> Wastewater. We observed no wastewater drainage or treatment within the Property. <br /> Wells. The current occupant reports that one domestic water well is located within the <br /> northeastern area of the Property (Figure 2). Agriculture production water is provided to the <br /> Property by a pump located within the San Joaquin River adjacent to the mrthwestern corner of <br /> the Property. <br /> Septic Systems. Two septic systems have been identified as being permitted within the Property. <br /> The first system is mapped near the northeast corner of the main house located within the <br /> Property. The second system is mapped east of the mobile home located within the southwest <br /> corner of the Property. San Joaquin County records had only copies of the permits for one of <br /> these systems (Appendix E). Once these systems are no longer in use, they should be abandoned <br /> under permit from the San Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health <br /> 5943.5.001.02 <br /> July 28, 2004 19 <br />
