Mr. Luckey stated that he is <br /> unaware of any underground fuel storage facilities within the Property. Mr. Luckey stated that there <br /> are two empty 500-gallon fuel storage tanks located immediately west of the former airplane storage <br /> hanger located within the Property (Figure 2). Mr. Luckey went on to state that the only <br /> modifications he has made to the Property is the addition of a mobile home and septic system and <br /> deepening of the pond, both located within the southwest area of the Property (Figure 2). <br /> Mr. Luckey stated that the soil removed from the pond was spread out along the perimeter of the <br /> pond. f"'A c r Agrl-,V h., (A," p,i,t v. &4" <br /> We made the following inquiries into the status of the reported Frewart Road Landfill mapped by <br /> the EDR and located between ''/4-mile and 1/2-mile southwest of the Property. <br /> We reviewed the California Regional Water Quality Control Board Central Valley Region Order <br /> Number 74-391, Waste Discharge Requirements for Teichert Construction Frewart Road Class III <br /> Solid Waste Disposal Site in San Joaquin County (Order) (Appendix E). The Order states that <br /> Teichert planned to dump Class III waste consisting of and limited to broken concrete, dirt, and rock <br /> .. to fill in a depression located in the southwest area of the Property. The Order goes on to state that <br /> the waste materials deposited within the site shall be limited to Group 3 wastes and wood/metal <br /> materials not to exceed 10 percent of incoming volume. The site capacity is listed as 6,000 cubic <br /> yards. <br /> We reviewed California Regional Water Quality Control Board Central Valley Region Order <br /> Number 97-038, Rescinding Various Waste Discharge Requirements (Order) (Appendix E). This <br /> Order covers five sites, one of which is the Frewart Road Class III solid waste disposal site in San <br /> Joaquin County operated by Teichert Construction.
