A portion of the conditions <br /> came from your department. We have some concerns regarding your portion of the <br /> conditions, and hope you can help us understand them more clearly. <br /> Some initial soils work was done at the property, which at this stage is generally <br /> adequate. Usually we have a more in-depth analysis completed when we intend to <br /> develop an area. There also seems to be some concern with this property in terms of <br /> some structure abandonments and some type of code violations. <br /> Please note that the purpose of this Tentative Parcel Map is to segregate Parcel A <br /> from the existing property so that Parcel A can be sold. We usually see these types of <br /> conditions from your department when we p ceeed�711N the development of a property. <br /> It is not our intent to rectify or solve any Health Department concerns on this property at <br /> this point of the process. <br /> We would appreciate your helping us undcratand these conditions placed on the <br /> Tentative Parcel Map by your department. Are these truly conditions placed on the <br /> segregation of a property, or are they intended for when a property is developed? <br /> We have a fairly short time period to understand and react with any coordination <br /> for this process.
