The Property is
currently under review by the San Joaquin County Community Development Department for a lot
)ushnent that would split the site with easements as shown on Figure 2; therefore, the County has
required a soil suitability study as identified in Item B of the PA-09-461 letter from San Joaquin
County referenced at the end of this letter. It is our understanding that future development plans have
not been determined.
ENGEO previously prepared a phase one environmental site assessment(ENGEO, 2003a) and limited
fill assessment (ENGEO, 2003b) for the Property that did not identify soil or groundwater
contamination related to the Property.
Scone
The scope of this study included meeting with San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
regarding their requirements for a septic field soil suitability study, researching historic septic system
usage at the county for the Property and adjacent sites, site visit, performing one percolation test under
a San Joaquin County permit, and summarizing our findings in this letter.
631 Commerce Drive,Suite 100•Roseville,CA 95678•(916)786-8883•Fax(916)786-7891
E-mail:engstaff@engeo.com •www.engeo.com
