I <br /> own the property 1/4 mile south of this proposed project on Manteca Road. <br /> I have mixed emotions about this project. If it passes, I should be able to <br /> subdivide my property. In talking to the neighbor next to this project, he is <br /> already planning to do the same thing. He informed me that some of the <br /> other property owners want to follow suit. <br /> I feel that before you grant this privilege to this project you will consider the <br /> consequences. We could end up with an unincorporated area of houses in a <br /> farming community that could adversely affect the farming in our whole <br /> community. <br /> Thank you for your consideration in this matter. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Rolland R.
