The Assessor's Parcel Number of the property is 191-200-10. A parcel <br /> map is presented on Plate 1. The purpose of our studies was to determine the suitability of the <br /> property for septic tank usage. The studies were performed in general accordance to the <br /> requirements of Section 9-101000 of San Joaquin County Ordinance. The following includes <br /> background information regarding the proposed development, past and present uses of the site, <br /> existing septic tank performance and permitting, and the groundwater conditions in the project <br /> L, area. In addition, discussions regarding our investigative procedures and the site conditions <br /> encountered during our field exploration and the results of our percolation test and nitrate <br /> loading calculations are presented. Finally, our project limitations are provided. <br /> r <br /> 1. SITE DESCRIPTION/ PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> At the time of our study, the subject 3.1-acre parcel contained a single-family residence with a <br /> barn and a pasture bounded by a fence. The barn has a toilet and sink and is connected to a <br /> ` separate septic/leach field system than the residence. Several trees were located near the <br /> residence and in the pasture area. An agricultural well is on the site. The residence <br /> connected to the public water supply. The site is bound to the north and west by ow fields, <br /> 1V to the south by agricultural fields used to grow row crops, and to the east by Manthey Road. A <br /> communication tower is located in the field to the west. The existing parcel is zoned AU-20 <br /> (agriculture-urban reserve). The existing home, septic systems, well, barn, natural drainage <br /> area, and trees are shown on Plate 2. <br /> We understand that a modular office will be placed on the subject property.
