i <br /> d. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicaht shall secure an approved Business License prior to the initiation <br /> of the use. (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) <br /> e. STORM DRAINAGE: Stormwater"drainage shall be retained on-site. The drainage pattern and <br /> corresponding storm. drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. .Drainage calculations <br /> prepared by a registered.civil engineer or architect shall be included. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1135) <br /> f. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently <br /> maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement <br /> concrete to provide a durable, dust free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided when <br /> necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[e]). <br /> 2) A minimum of 278 parking spaces shall be provided, including 7 accessible space which one <br /> shall be van accessible. Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). ( 1 space is required for every 1,000 feet of building area <br /> and .67 spaces are required for every employee.) (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.9) <br /> 3) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking spaces. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) <br /> 4) All parking spaces and all major circulation drive lanes shall be surfaced and permanently <br /> maintained with a minimum of two (2) inches of asphalt concrete over an appropriate base for <br /> trucking uses. Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures <br /> or properties. All other areas that are used for vehicular traffic shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with a chip seal. Aggregate base may be used for trailer storage <br /> areas. <br /> g. LOADING: One loading space shall be provided. Each space shall be a minimum of 25 feet in length <br /> and 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways and <br /> maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas for <br /> delivery vehicles are provided. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6) <br /> K LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> 2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines hall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> i. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of <br /> Manthey Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site where development <br /> occurs. (Development Title Section 9-1020.8) <br /> 2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways,walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, or <br /> other permanent facilities shall be landscaped.
