APPROVED USE: This approval is for a heavy equipment sales and repair facility as shown on the <br /> Site Plan dated September 21, 2007. (Use Type: 1) Equipment Sales and Repair- Farm Machinery, <br /> Repair; (2) Equipment Sales and Repair- Heavy Equipment, Sales; and (3) Equipment Sales and <br /> Repair- Heavy Equipment, Repair) The project will include the construction of the following: <br /> 1.
