BUILDING PERMIT: Submit an "APPLICATION-COMMERCIAL BUILDING PERMIT'. The Site Plan <br /> required as a part of the building permit must be prepared by a registered civil engineer or licensed <br /> architect. This Plan must show drainage, driveway access details including gates, on-site parking, <br /> landscaping, signs, existing and proposed utility services, and grading (refer to the "SITE PLAN <br /> CHECK LIST' for details). A fee is required for the Site Plan review. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 884) <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a heavy equipment sales and repair facility as shown on the <br /> Site Plan dated September 21, 2007. (Use Type: 1) Equipment Sales and Repair- Farm Machinery, <br /> Repair; (2) Equipment Sales and Repair- Heavy Equipment, Sales; and (3) Equipment Sales and <br /> Repair- Heavy Equipment, Repair) The project will include the construction of the following: <br /> 1. One 181,000 square foot facility. <br /> 2. One 10,000 square foot rental shop. <br /> 3. One 17,00 square foot paint shop. <br /> 4. One 8,200 square foot wash rack. <br /> 5. One 2,400 square foot dynamometer shop. <br /> 6. Four 80 square feet monument signs. <br /> 7. One 400 square foot pole sign. <br /> c. CAPITAL_ FACILITY FEE: This project may be subject to the Capital Facility Fee.
