Fueling Station <br /> Development Title Section 9-510.3 requires structures to be setback a minimum of <br /> 30 feet from the front yard property line and a minimum of 20 feet from the street <br /> side property line for property zoned (I-G) General Industrial. As shown on the site <br /> plan the proposed relocation of the fueling station shows a setback of 27 feet from <br /> the front yard property line. A revised site plan will need to be submitted showing a <br /> minimum setback of 30 feet from the front yard property line. <br /> Next Step <br /> When the applicant is ready to submit the full application it will be necessary to do <br /> the following: <br /> • Submit the remaining portion of the Site Approval fee. <br /> • Submit a Revised Site Plan according to the Development Committee <br /> memo. <br /> • Submit seven copies of the application. <br /> NOTE: The pre-application conference is designed to inform prospective applicants <br /> of General Plan consistency, zoning consistency, public improvement requirements, <br /> preliminary design constraints and opportunities, and major environmental and safety <br /> issues. This information is provided in the hope of assisting the applicant in <br /> submitting a better and more complete application, as well as minimizing processing <br /> time.
