Access <br /> Development Title Section 9-1015.5(h)(1) requires that access driveways have a <br /> width of no less than 25 feet for two-way traffic and 16 feet for one-way aisles. <br /> Additionally, parking aisles shall have a minimum width of 25 feet for two-way traffic <br /> and 16 feet for one-way aisles. <br /> Surfacinq Materials <br /> Development Title Section 9-1015.5(e) requires that all parking spaces, driveways, <br /> and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with <br /> asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust free <br /> surface. Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to protect adjacent <br /> structures or properties. <br /> Fencing <br /> A fence up to seven (7) feet in height may be permitted in the required front yard, <br /> provided such fencing is constructed of woven wire, wrought iron or similar open <br /> material and does not obstruct vehicular site distance. Barbed wire security <br /> fencing, not to exceed two (2) feet in height, may be erected on top of required or <br /> permitted fencing, except for fencing adjacent to planned or existing residential <br /> areas. Development Title Section 9-1022.3 (e). A revised site plan will need to be <br /> submitted showing the current height and material of the proposed and existing <br /> fence. <br /> Lighting <br /> Parking lot and security lighting shall be installed if the facility will be used at night. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][41) <br /> Signs <br /> Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and <br /> all portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet from any future <br /> right-of-way line, including any cut-off (snipe).
