(2) A new paved circulation driveway shall be provided for the proposed shop: or <br /> A minimum of 21 new parking spaces shall be provided, including one accessible <br /> space (2 spaces are required for every 1,000 square feet of building area). <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) <br /> (3) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking <br /> spaces. (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) <br /> e. LOADING: One loading space shall be provided.
