(1) The driveway width at the ultimate right-of-way shall be a maximum of 40 feet. <br /> The design of the driveway shall allow trucks to enter and exit the property <br /> without entering into the opposing lane of traffic. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 505.7) <br /> (2) Access gates shall be recessed from the property line a minimum of 65 feet. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-505.7) <br /> (2) Adequate maneuvering and parking areas of automobiles and trucks shall be <br /> located on the site of the truck terminal. (Development Title Section 9-505.7) <br /> (3) Aisles between truck parking areas shall be a minimum of 55 feet wide. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.6(d][21) <br /> (4) The entrance to the facility shall be located on the project site, or a mutual <br /> easement for ingress and egress shall be recorded. <br /> j. SIGNS: All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five feet from any future <br /> right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off (snipe). NOISE LEVELS: The following noise regulations apply to this project: <br /> (1) Noise levels of trucks entering and leaving the truck terminal shall comply with <br /> the California Vehicle Code sections regarding noise. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-505.6[b]) <br /> (2) Noise levels at the property lines of Assessor Parcel Numbers 179-080-09, 10, <br /> and 11 shall be no greater than 65 db Ldn. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1025.9[a][1] or 505.6[c]) <br /> (3) This project shall comply with the performance standards specified in Table 9- <br /> 1025.9 of the Development Title. <br /> I. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance requirement will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) If welding or major truck repairs are contemplated, the building will be classified <br /> as an H-4 occupancy, and fire sprinklers will be required where the floor area is <br /> greater than 3,000 square feet. <br /> 2.
