(DISTRICT 4). <br /> APPLICANT: Old Castle Precast, Inc. APN: 179-081-07 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which <br /> delineate flood risks, floodplains, and flood�vay areas, are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is <br /> being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of <br /> San Francisco, California 94219, telephone(415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional <br /> flood risks. The official flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation process <br /> is completed. <br /> Mariposa Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachmentpermit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> ?. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin <br /> County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $573.00 per 1,000 gross square foot <br /> of building as Manufacturing or $149.08 per daily trip-end generated in the Stockton area. The <br /> fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost <br /> Index as published by the Engineering News Record.)
