SITE APPROVAL APPLICATI ON NO. SA-01-25 OF LLOYD HAWORTH <br /> JJ (C/O FINELINE GUNITE). A Site Approval application to establish a gunite storage <br /> facility to be completed in two (2) phases. Phase One will include construction of a <br /> 3,200 square foot pole barn for storage of equipment. Trucks will be parked on site and a <br /> cement silo will be constructed. Phase Two proposes to construct a 3,200 square foot <br /> shop to begin construction by the summer of 2002. Located on the west side of Mariposa <br /> Road, Stockton (APN: 179-082-52; Address: 4242 E. Mariposa Road, Stockton). <br /> Jennifer Jolley, Associate Planner, Terry Scarbrogh, owner were present for this item. <br /> Ms. Jolley presented the project. <br /> Ms. Jolley informed staff of an existing 800 square foot office on the project site. Mr. Scarbrogh indicated that <br /> a permit would be obtained to tear the office down and he would like to receive credit from the School District <br /> because he has plans to obtain another permit to rebuild a modular office with handicap accessibility. <br /> Mr. Van Buren informed Mr. Scarbrogh that he will need to contact the School District regarding the credit. <br /> Mr. Huggins asked the applicant if he had any questions on Environmental Health's requirements. <br /> Mr. Scarbrogh indicated no. Mr. Huggins and the applicant discussed the septic systems. <br /> Mr. Zipf reviewed the Building Department memo, the applicant was in agreement. <br />
