c. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License prior io initiation of the use. The Business License maybe applied for concurrently with the building peer.rJ application. (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) d. STORM DRAINAGE Storm water drainage shall be retained on the site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. (Development Title Section 9- 1135) e. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) All parking spacas and all major circulation drive lanes shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with a minimum of two (2) inches of asphalt concrete over an appropriate base. Bumper guards shall be provided where necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. All other areas that are used for vehicular traffic shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with a chip seal. Aggregate base maybe used for trailer storage areas. (2) A minimum of twenty-five (25) parking spaces shall be provided, including one (1) handicap accessible space which shall be van accessible. Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance(C.C.R.,Title 24). (Two(2) spaces are required for every 1,000 feet of building area. One-half(112) spaces are required for every employee.) (Development Title Section 9-1 C 15.3) A. Phase 1: A minimum of nineteen (19) parking spaces shall be provided as part of Phase 1, including one(1)van accessible space. B. Phase 2: The remainder of the twenty-five(25) parking spaces shall be provided as part of Phase 2. (3) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking spaces. (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) f. LOADING: One (1) loading space shall be provided. The space shall be a minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery ver icles are provided.(Development Title Section 9-1015.6) g. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site Plan: (1) Driveway width at the ultimate right-of-way shall be forty (40) feet maximum. The design of the driveway shall allow trucks to enter and exit the property without entering into the opposing lane of traffic. (2) Access gates shall be recessed from the property line a minimum of sixty five(65)feet. (3) Aisles between truck parking areas shall be a minimum of fifty-five(55)feet wide. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6[d)[21) h. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed.
