Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> AA soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title,indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to issuance of a building permit. A review fee of $174.00 is required at time <br /> of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$87.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> �.
