Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d)of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title,indicating that the area is suitable for aseptic tank system must be <br /> performed prior ul issuance of a building permit. A review fee of $173.00 is required at time <br /> of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$87.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> NOTE: The existing septic systems are made of redwood tanks that cannot be permitted for <br /> further use. In addition,under Permit#71-1117, a septic tank was permitted for a mobile home <br /> and our Division's records do not reflect a proper destruction of the septic tank. <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development as determined by the <br /> soil suitability study (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> A Divi.ninn of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
