The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. <br /> The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee currently is <br /> $171.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building designated as manufacturing. The fee <br /> shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2005 at the <br /> rate of 7.66 percent. A credit may be allowed if it can be verified that the existing <br /> development on this site was in operation on or after April 30, 1991. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 6. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this <br /> development has addressed the items on the attached Waste Plan Format for <br /> Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 7 Any structures within the designated FEMA flood plain shall be elevated 1-foot above the <br /> 100-year flood elevation. <br /> 8. No encroachment shall be allowed within the San Joaquin County Flood Control's District <br /> easement. <br /> 9. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Road to result <br /> in a forty-two (42) foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Mariposa Road to the <br /> property line across the parcel's frontage. <br /> (A $280.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2) <br /> NOTE: A Registerec Engineer shall determine portion of the parcel within the <br /> designated flood plain. <br /> GK:BN:mr <br /> PS-0DW8 lc <br />
