3 . Each vehicle parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle , minimum 9 feet wide and 20 feet long . ( Development Title Section 9406 . 060 ) f. TRUCK AND TRAILER PARKING : The design of truck and trailer parking areas shall be as follows : 1 . All maneuvering areas shall be surfaced with all -weather material as defined and approved by the San Joaquin County Fire Chief' s Association . A minimum 10400t-wide setback shall be maintained along all interior lot lines , with the exception of the north lot line . At the north lot line , a minimum 20400t-wide setback shall be maintained .
