f. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways,walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, <br /> or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped.(Development Title Section 9-1020.) <br /> (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. <br /> g. OUTDOOR STORAGE: No outdoor storage other than vehicle parking shall be allowed on the <br /> property <br /> h. GATES: Any gate o:her than for pedestrian use only,shall be set back or recessed a minimum of 10 <br /> feet from the propertl line unless there are at least 16 feet between the property line and the edge of <br /> the traveled roadway, in which case the setback requirement is waived. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1022.2[fJ) <br /> i. MERGER: Prior to issuance of the Building Permit, both lots shall be merged into one parcel. <br /> 2.
