The Regional Traffic Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee currently is $780.00 per 1000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as Industrial. The total fee will be based on the projects traffic volume applied to the impact fee <br /> rate. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 7. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee currently is$260.00 per 1,000 gross square <br /> foot of building designated as warehouse. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each <br /> year through the year 2015 at the rate of 4.55 percent.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327,R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 8. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 9. Applicant shall obtain a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) permit from the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board prior to beginning on any construction. <br /> 10. All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and specifications of <br /> the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading plan for each <br /> individual lot, if applicable. These improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check, field <br /> inspection fees and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to <br /> approval of the Final Map.
