b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for the parking of 129 truck trailers only as <br /> shown on the Plan dated March 27, 2007.(Use Type: Truck Sales and Services, <br /> Parking). <br /> c. CAPITAL FACILITY FEE: This project may be subject to the Capital Facility Fee. <br /> If the Capital Facility Fee is applicable, the County shall collect the fees before the <br /> issuance of any building permits. (Development Title Section 9-1245.2) <br /> d. STORM DRAINAGE: Stormwater drainage shall be retained on-site. The drainage <br /> pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect <br /> shall be included. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> e. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All parking spaces and all major circulation drive lanes shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with a minimum of two (2) inches of asphalt concrete <br /> over an appropriate base. Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary <br /> to protect adjacent structures or properties. All other areas that are used for <br /> vehicular traffic shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with a chip <br /> seal. Aggregate base may be used for trailer storage areas.(Development <br /> Tile Section 9-505.7(f). <br /> f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be <br /> shown on the Site Plan: <br /> (1) Driveway width at the ultimate right-of-way shall be forty (40) feet maximum. <br /> The design of the driveway shall allow trucks to enter and exit the property <br /> without entering into the opposing lane of traffic. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-505.7[c]) <br /> (2) Access gates shall be recessed from the property line a minimum of sixty five <br /> (65) feet. (Development Title Section 9-505.7[d]) <br /> g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall <br /> be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No <br /> spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public <br /> thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to <br /> motorists.
