The 100 year Flood Depth will be approximately 1 Foot above natural ground elevation. In <br /> addition,the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies , which delineate flood <br /> risks, floodplains and floodway areas, are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by <br /> the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105,Presidio of San Francisco, California <br /> 94129-1250, telephone(415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The official <br /> flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. <br /> These flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> McKinley Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 80-100 feet and a planned right-of-way width of the <br /> same. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br />
