(C/O LOREN JESSOP) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Site Approval Application for a <br /> manufacturing, om warehousing, and distribution facility for landscape <br /> products. Project to consist of 3,000 square foot office, 6,000 square foot bulk plant, <br /> 6,000 square foot production building, 9,000 square foot warehouse, and 1,000 square <br /> foot shop, with 19 employees. <br /> The parcel is located on the west side of McKinley Avenue, 1800 feet south of EI Dorado <br /> Street, south of Stockton. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Site Approval and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> Site Approval Application No. SA-01-97 was approved by the Community <br /> Development Department on . The effective date of approval is . This approval will <br /> expire on , which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all <br /> Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits <br /> have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other <br /> agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements <br /> shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any <br /> building permits.
