Compliance with Section 9-3223 may either <br /> be accomplished by removing the cooking facilities in the apartment <br /> or by securing an approved Second Unit Dwelling application (both <br /> actions will require securing a building permit) . A copy of that <br /> application is attached for your review. Questions regarding its <br /> completion may be directed either to me or one of our Planning <br /> Technicians at (209) 468-3120 .
