District : -has reviewed . the <br /> application named above -and. requ.est;s that the following conditions <br /> of approvalibe adopted for this development : <br /> 1 . The owner shall execute the necessary documents and- agreements <br /> to provide for the abandonment •.of -service-.and-the removal- of <br /> irrigation structures . for " those .parcels_ -which will . not <br /> i continue to .receive irrigation water. <br /> 2 .
