CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-96-5 <br /> 1' <br /> Day, et al <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-96-5 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on April 1, 1996, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> I <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements small be complied with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 9 <br /> This approval will expire on October 1, 1997,which Is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a A� "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> wA Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. k Recorded-Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> Anew legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> I, ;c <br /> b.
