INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT r <br /> \ The site is Zoned RR., and consists of 4.11 acres. The parcel was shown as Parcel om a <br /> previous subdivision: PA-03-125; SR 0034291. The previous Soil Suitability dy dated May 31, <br /> 2003, was acceptable as shown by letter dated July 29, 2003. (Copy include A copy of the <br /> previous subdivision map, included herein, shows Parcel 2 tested and requiring 6,000 SF leach <br /> field. <br /> Said Parcel is now to be subdivided into two parcels. Parcel I to contain 2 acres and Parcel 2 to <br /> contain 2.11 acres. The EHD of SJC requires percolation testing of Parcel 1. Access is to Reid <br /> Road. 4Y <br /> PRESENT AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> Parcel 1 and Parcel as shown on the 2005 surveyors map, have been used as rodeo grounds in <br /> the past. It is unknown what structures will remain. No septic systems exist on the two parcels. A <br /> SFR is to be constructed on Parcel 1. Parcel 2 will have access along the north side of Parcel 1. <br /> The size of the parcels should be able to accommodate a SFR with well and on site septic. <br /> EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> 5,7i Existing records of repair were noted from the 2003 study as follows: <br /> 101 S.
