UP-96-2 OF TRINITY BAPTIST CHURCH <br /> (C/O GREG JENSON) <br /> -------------------------------------------------- <br /> The applicants have submitted the above referenced application for a church facility for a <br /> maximum of 2,000 people to be constructed in three phases over five years. Phase 1 consists <br /> of a 12,0000 square foot administration building; phase 2 to consist of a second 12,000 square <br /> foot multi purpose/worship building; phase 3 to consist of a 24,000 square foot multi <br /> purpose/worship building and three 6,000 square foot youth/nursery buildings. The project site <br /> is located on the south side of Middle Road, 300 feet east of Lammers Road, northwest of <br /> Tracy. <br /> This item is tentatively scheduled to be heard by the Planning Commission on June 3, 1999. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Use Permit and will be <br /> recommending that it be approved subject to the following recommended conditions of <br /> approval: <br /> Use Permit Application No. was approved by the Planning Commission on . The effective <br /> date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is 18 months from the effective date <br /> of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary <br /> building permits have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those <br /> Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements <br /> pertinent to this application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other <br /> ordinance requirements may apply. <br />
