Description of the proposed Revisions:We propose that Phase 3 is separated into three(3)subsequent phases; 3A,3B and 3C. <br /> The result is an addition of 300 seats that will increase the current 700 seats to a total of 1,000 seats,at the completion of Phase 3C in 2027. <br /> Phase 3A is a relocation of seats,the existing 700 seats from the existing Multi Purpose bldg(BP-0602729)will move to a new 13,100SF Worship <br /> Center,to be completed by June 17,2018. Phase 3B is also a relocation and will move existing staff from the existing Administrative Building <br /> (BP-9904154)to a new 3,250SF Admin Annex,to be completed by June 17 2023. Phase 3C will result in an increase of 300 seats by adding an <br /> extension to the 13,100 Worship Center resulting in a total of 1,000 seats to be completed by June 17,2028.Also refer to Exhibit A&B&C. <br /> 2. State the facts showing the changes in circumstances which make the subject condition(s) no longer appropriate or necessary. <br /> The original conditions of approval requested a 2,000-seat,24,000SF Worship Center. Since current growth patterns and existing needs show the <br /> original request is not necessary,we are proposing a 50%reduction in seats and building size.This reduction in scope will affect the requirements <br /> being made from other agencies-the largest requirements of which are from the Public Works Department. <br /> Research was performed to show a maximum attendance in the last 3 years,�rai avenge 4650 persons on a Sunday.
