Phase 3 will <br /> also include an interior-only remodel of the existing children's space that will focus mostly on interior finish upgrades.This building should not <br /> add any additional seating capacitiy to the project, it will operate soley as an administrative area and not for the general public. The will be no <br /> area development in this revised phase 3B. There will be no site work in this revised phase 3B. There will be no parking area work in phase 3B. <br /> Phase 3-10,475 5F Worship Extension (5,700 SF)/ Nursery(4,775 SF) <br /> Revised Phase 3C shall include a 5,700 SF Worship Building Extension directly adjacent to the Worship building in Phase I. The worship <br /> extension will add 300 seats to the project. There will also be a new Nursery Building that will be added at 4,775 SF. The Nursery Building <br /> should not add any additional seating capacity to the project, it will operate solely as a nursery care for members during services . The will be <br /> no new area development for this last phase.
