The property is located at the east end of Milgeo Avenue in Ripon. This <br /> study was done to determine if the subject site is acceptable for septic systems which will function <br /> properly and pose no adverse environmental impact to surface waters, or to the underlying <br /> groundwater. This report is in compliance with the requirements of Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin Coanty Ordinance Codes. <br /> [21 SUBJECT SITE AND STUDY AREA BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br /> The subject property is located near the city of Ripon in a predominately rural area. It is near the <br /> Stanislaus River. The zoning is currently for agricultural use (AG-40). Subject parcel 1 is <br /> currently in established walnuts. The surrounding structures consist of very low density, single <br /> family housing, agriculture. production ranches, and The Spring Creek Golf and Country Club. <br /> The primary agricultural production is tree crops. The topography of the subject parcel is <br /> relatively flat with a declination toward the south. Any proposed septic system on this parcel will <br /> not have to be designed to accommodate slopes.
