NOTE: Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one acre of soil shall require a <br /> State NPDES construction permit. <br /> NOTE: Access for trucks, farm equipment, etc., shall not be off of Fallbrook Court, <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: Robin Trindade, 468-3445) <br /> a. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1115.4[e]), as follows: <br /> (1) Install a cement surface seal around the well casing to sufficiently protect the well casing and the <br /> integrity of the well grout. <br /> 4. OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES (Staff Contact: Dennis Fields, 468-3969) <br /> a. If the business will handle or store hazardous materials such as gasoline, propane, oils, waste oil, <br /> compressed gas, etc., at threshold reporting quantities(55 gallons liquid, 500 pounds solid, and 200 <br /> cubic feet gas), then the business will be required to complete and submit a Hazardous Materials <br /> Management Plan (HMMP)to this office.. The business will have 30 days to complete the HMMP <br /> once a hazardous material arrives on the site. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 3 - PA-04-78 <br />
