g. PARKING: Off-street parking and driveways shall be provided and comply with the following. <br /> (1) Driveway and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with base <br /> material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a <br /> durable, dust-free surface. Trailer parking areas may be surfaced with a minimum of four inches <br /> of aggregate base. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[e][2]a) <br /> (2) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than sixteen (16)feet for one-way aisles, except <br /> that in no case shall driveways designated as fire department access be less than twenty (20) <br /> feet wide. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[h][1]) <br /> (3) The trucks and trailers shall be parked a minimum of eighty (80) feet from the nearest adjacent <br /> residence. <br /> h. SCREENING: Because this project abuts an existing residential zone, a solid masonry wall six (6)to <br /> seven (7) feet in height shall be erected along the abutting property line with parcel numbers 227- <br /> 620-15, 227-620-16, 227-620-17, 227-620-18, and 227-620-19. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is$168.96 per additional daily trip-end <br /> generated in the Escalon area. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. <br /> e. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has <br /> met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. The Final Site Plan is <br /> required upon submittal of verification. <br /> f.
