4. Issuance of the permit will not be significantly detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or be <br /> injurious to the property or improvements of adjacent properties. <br /> • This finding can be made because the Initial Study prepared for the project found no <br /> potentially significant environmental impacts. <br /> 5. The use is compatible with adjoining land uses. <br /> • This finding can be made because the proposed use will not interfere with nor alter the <br /> current land uses on adjacent properties. The applicant will be required to build a <br /> masonry wall six (6) to seven (7) feet in height to physically and visually separate this <br /> project from the residences on the adjacent parcels to the west of his property <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[d][1]).
