Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil <br /> engineer or architect shall be included. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The design of the driveway shall be such as to allow trucks <br /> to enter and exit the property without entering into the opposing lane of traffic. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-505.7[c]) <br /> g. PARKING: Off-street parking and driveways shall be provided and comply with the <br /> following: <br /> (1) Driveway and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with <br /> base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to <br /> provide a durable, dust-free surface. Trailer parking areas may be surfaced with a <br /> minimum of four inches of aggregate base. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[e][21a) <br /> (2) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than sixteen (16)feet for one-way aisles, <br /> except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire department access be less <br /> than twenty(20)feet wide. SCREENING: Because this project abuts an existing residential zone, a solid masonry wall <br /> six (6) to seven (7)feet in height shall be erected along the abutting property line with parcel <br /> numbers 227-620-15, 227-620-16, 227-620-17, 227-620-18, and 227-620-19. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1022.4[d][1]) <br /> i. END OF USE: Within five (5) years from the effective date of a Zone Reclassification that <br /> changes the zoning from AU-20 to a zone that does not permit the approved use, the <br /> approved use shall either be terminated or changed to a use that is consistent with the new <br /> zone, unless the permit is extended by the granting authority. <br /> j. LIVESTOCK PEN: The livestock pen must be moved so as to be no closer than forty (40) <br /> feet from any side or rear property line.
