The proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan, any applicable Master Plan, Specific <br /> Plan, and Special Purpose Plan and any other applicable plan adopted by the County. <br /> • The proposed Minor Subdivision Map PA-0800110 is consistent with the General Plan <br /> because the Rural Residential {RIR) land use designation permits the division proposed. <br /> Specifically, it meets the General Plan requirements of 1-5 dwelling units per 5 gross acres <br /> (General Plan Volume I, pp. IV-8). Further, no specific plans are involved. <br /> 2. The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan and any <br /> applicable Specific Plan or Special Purpose Plan. <br /> The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General <br /> Plan because the design and improvements meet the minimum standards contained in the <br /> General Plan as reflected on the Tentative Map. The subdivision will be served by private <br /> domestic water wells and septic systems that will be installed under permit with the _ <br /> Environmental Health Department. The roadways and drainage will be installed to the <br /> standards of the Public Works Department. There are no applicable Master Plans, Special <br /> Purpose Plans, or any other applicable plans which are within the vicinity of this project. <br /> 3. The site is physically suitable for the type of development proposed. <br /> The site is physically suitable for the type of development proposed because the parcels' <br /> lot size and width satisfy the minimum lot size, width, and setback requirements for <br /> parcels in the R-R zone. In addition,the project site is relatively level. <br /> F <br /> 4. , The site is physically suitable for the proposed density of development. <br /> The site is physically suitable for the proposed density of development because the <br /> number of parcels proposed is consistent with the General Plan density of 1-5 dwelling <br /> units per gross acre. <br /> 5. Neither the design of the subdivision nor any proposed improvements are likely to cause substantial <br /> environmental damage or substantially and avoidably injure fish or wildlife or their habitat. <br /> The design of the subdivision or the proposed improvements are not likely to cause <br /> substantial environmental damage or substantially and avoidable injure fish or wildlife or <br /> their habitat because the Initial Study prepared for this project did not identify any rare or <br /> endangered species or habitats or other substantial environmental adverse effects.
