The proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan, any applicable Master Plan, Specific <br /> Plan, and Special Purpose Plan and any other applicable plan adopted by the County. <br /> • The proposed Minor Subdivision Map PA-0800110 is consistent with the General Plan <br /> because the Rural Residential {RIR) land use designation permits the division proposed. <br /> Specifically, it meets the General Plan requirements of 1-5 dwelling units per 5 gross acres <br /> (General Plan Volume I, pp. IV-8). Further, no specific plans are involved. <br /> 2. The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan and any <br /> applicable Specific Plan or Special Purpose Plan. <br /> The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General <br /> Plan because the design and improvements meet the minimum standards contained in the <br /> General Plan as reflected on the Tentative Map. The subdivision will be served by private <br /> domestic water wells and septic systems that will be installed under permit with the _ <br /> Environmental Health Department.
