MILTON ROAD
LINDEN, CA 95736 9lf OF CAO
1. 1NTRODUCTICIN
Our firm was retained by Henry Shennantine to perform a soil suitability study
on the subject prop=_rto located at 22522 E. Milton Road, Linden, CA 95236. The
purpose of the sutdy was to determine to suitability of the proFerty for septic
tank usage. The study was perfonriA according the the requirements of the.Public
Health Services Percolation Test Procedures and San Joaquin County O:xlinace.
This report presents the results of our study.
2. PRO:?CSID DEVELOPMENT
The are where the porperty is located in zoned rural residencial with 2 Acre
minimum lot sizes. The property is being split into three (3) parcels with a
fire deEtrcyed hone on parcel 1 which will be rebuilt. Parcels 2 and 3 will be
vacant at this tine with a small shop building existing on parcel 3. The lots
will remain as they are at this tine until sold or developed by the owner.
3. PRESENT AND PAST USE OF THE SITE
Except where the existing residence is on the property the remainder of the
property has been in pawture for grazing and or storage of farm equipment. It is
anticipated that the open area where the residences would be proposed would still
allow much of the land open for grazing and or lawn.
4. PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE
Currently Parcel 1 is being serviced by a septic system with leach lines and
3 deep pits. Mr. Shermantine has not used the system for the past two years since
the residence had burned in april of 1992. Parcels 2 and 3 will be serviced by
septic tanks, leach lines and deep pits. The deep pits are being required as a
rule of thumb in this area due to the depth of hardpan within this part of the
County.
1050 EAST SAHARA AVE.,SUITE 40213 4061 FARMINGaM ROAD
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA 89104 STOCKWN, CALIFORNLh 95215
(702) 733-8227 HEO'D (209) 463-6077
