Milton Road APN: 093-140-08 <br />The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br />Milton Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br />(Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br />2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County <br />Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit.
