The fee is due and payable at the <br />time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $197.44 per additional daily trip -end generated in <br />the Linden area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br />Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) (Resolutions 00433) <br />4. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br />5. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has met the <br />requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon <br />submittal of verification. <br />6. A tributary of Potter Creek passes through the parcel. Therefore, the applicant shall keep the tributary free <br />of all obstacles which impede the flow of water. Any improvements to the road that crosses the tributary <br />which involve work to be clone in the channel and on its banks will require obtaining a Watercourse <br />Encroachment Permit from San Joaquin County Department of Public Works. <br />Note: Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one (1) acre of soil shall require a State <br />NPDES construction permit. <br />MRC:DG:ar <br />P OMMEMS\MA Md A -S 12.wpd <br />
